Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for exploring cross-border e-commerce buyers to use overseas warehouse business, and promoting the company's overseas warehouse business in the UK, Germany, Italy, France, etc. through various platforms;
2. Develop new potential customers and visit new and old customers through offline exhibitions, event marketing, door-to-door visits, telephone network marketing, etc.;
3. According to sales targets, explore cross-border e-commerce sellers or third-party freight forwarders to use overseas warehouse business and related services, develop new customers, and complete sales target tasks;
4. Responsible for providing customers with overseas warehousing service solutions according to customer needs, and independently answer customer questions and communicate;
5. Collect and confirm customer needs and information, communicate with customers to confirm product quotations and contract terms, and sign quotation contracts and cooperation agreements;
6. Pay attention to the dynamics of the cross-border e-commerce industry, understand market demand, and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner;
7. Manage and maintain customers, make regular return visits, and establish a good and continuous cooperative relationship with customers;
8. Complete other matters assigned by superiors.
